Returns

We do our best to keep our product listings up to date and we have staff on hand to answer product questions, to make the purchase experience with us as trouble-free as possible.

In the event a return is required because of an error on our part (incorrect item shipped, website errors, etc.), we will e-mail the customer a return shipping label along with complete return instructions. Once the item is received and has been verified to be in re-saleable condition, a full refund for all product and shipping fees will be issued to the original method of payment. In the rare instance that an order is otherwise correct but arrives with a component missing or damaged we reserve the right to send the customer the missing/damaged item to fulfill the order.

Customer initiated returns that are not due to an error on our part are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will provide detailed return instructions and the customer will then be responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received and has been verified to be in re-saleable condition we will issue a full product refund less the restocking fees. Shipping charges in this instance are non-refundable.

Before returning any item contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). Include your original receipt with your return and mark your RAN clearly on the outside of the package. Returns not bearing the RAN will be refused.

Returned products must be clean, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including labelling, manuals, hardware, etc. No C.O.D returns accepted and no returns after 30 days

Refundable shipping charges are capped at standard shipping rates. This excludes customers who opt for express shipping.

International Brokerage Fees and Taxes
Packages sent to destinations outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to local duties, taxes, and brokerage costs by the carrier. All international shipment costs are presented as FOB from North America and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their domestic importation costs prior to purchase. 


Damaged Goods

Claims for merchandise damaged during shipment must be made by the customer to the delivering carrier within three days. We cannot initiate claims for you. When packages appear damaged on arrival, state the condition of the package over your signature on the receipt. If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify the carrier immediately. We carefully inspect all systems before shipment and provide all shipments properly packaged to the carrier.
 

Carbonio Unlimited Mileage Warranty

All Carbonio products are covered by an unlimited mileage warranty which covers the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover product damage resulting from product misuse, misapplication, or external forces (eg. accident or car wash damage to product or vehicle)

In order to qualify for warranty coverage, products must be purchased from an authorized Carbonio re-seller and the invoice date will mark the beginning of the 1 year warranty period. Products that are purchased used or through unofficial channels will carry no warranty.

The product warranty is limited exclusively to the Carbonio product, and its related components. Any incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from installation and use, including loss of time, inconvenience or loss of the use of the vehicle, and adverse consequences for the manufacturer's new car warranty, are not covered by our warranty. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of goods sold.
